JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate judgment and self-sufficiency in effective problem solving while serving as the administrative and operational resource for the hospital.

  • Intervene in situations involving patients, visitors, hospital staff and other external customers.
  • Coordinate operations and personnel activities to meet Departmental, Hospital and Health System objectives related to the provision of services within designated areas.
  • Maintain interface with departmental personnel to ensure there is adequate space and facilities for patient care and coordination of facilities.
  • Oversee patient care flow while redirecting and allocating resources.
  • Determine necessary space, equipment, supplies and support systems to ensure effective functioning of unit/department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work with Head Medical Services & ensure the clinical quality in all HCG Hospitals is maintained by establishing indicators, bench marking, procuring, and analysing data collated from various hospitals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform Clinical examination and Outpatient consultations.
  • Order lab investigations and imaging tests for staging, prognostic evaluation and monitoring.
  • Admit patients under their care for treatment and evaluation.
  • Documentation of clinical notes such as History and physical examination, treatment plan, progress notes, treatment summary, consent forms, medication administration record, medication orders, operative notes, referral notes and transfers, discharge summary, death summary, OPD follow up notes and prescriptions, Lab orders, investigation notes either in electronic format (EMR) or medical record forms.
  • Documentation of diagnosis, staging as per TNM and AJCC staging and treatment plan are mandatory.
